2013 IIHF Womens World Hockey Championship
The 2013 IIHF Womens World Hockey Championship will take place in April of 2013.
It only takes a $50 deposit to purchase your ticket package to secure the best seats in
the house for all Team Canada games.
ROCKLAND NATS Junior C Invitation
Gerry, the co-owner of the Nats Junior C team, has announced that all Lightning players are invited free of
charge to any home Nats C games. They are often on Sunday afternoon.

TO ALL ODWHA MEMBERS:
Unfortunately there has been a sharp increase in the amount of unacceptable behaviour in the stands.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
If a game has to be stopped by the officials or by an ODWHA Executive member as a result of abusive and inappropriate behaviour by a spectator, the game will not be started until the spectator has left the premises. If the game cannot be completed due to a substantial delay to remove the spectator, then the team to which the spectator is associated will forfeit the game, and the spectator, team, and association will face disciplinary action.
Associations, parents, team officials are responsible to ensure everyone has the opportunity for a positive game viewing experience.
Fair play is everyone's responsibility.

Katie Weatherston Hockey School - Launches Christmas & March Break Camps - Rockland, Renfrew & Kanata
The Katie Weatherston Hockey School focuses solely on female development. Katie believes it is crucial for
players to get 1 on 1 attention/instruction. Our large staff pays attention to technical details and we have
a low player to coach ratio (4:1). The Katie Weatherston Hockey School provides female hockey players with
the tools they need to improve their skills and raise awareness of the opportunities that are available to
women through sport. Founded in 2005, our goal is to offer the players a well organized, fun, and educational
camp at a low cost.
